I’ve had this washer for 5 months and it’s been working as it should. When it arrived it came with a crush dent in the back and contacted them and fixed it right away.

We love this dryer! It is exactly what we needed for our apartment. The doorway was exactly 23.5" and the dryer just fit through. It is hard to find a small full functioning heat pump dryer. KoolMore came through! The amazing thing about this dryer is that it is truly ventless as a heat pump dryer and adds no humidity to your home. The price was higher than other small form factor dryers, but far better technology, and value for money. One caveat, you need a 240v connection. We had one installed from the breaker and there was some additional cost involved for that. Overall, we highly recommend the KoolMore FLD-5CWHP and we also got the matching stackable washer for the set. Love them both!

When I receive the product ( electric Dryer) and I open the box the dryer was totally destroyed
