I was really uncertain what rating I was going to give this. I knew the reputation for a faulty bracket so went into this with that knowledge. Ultimately though, the light performs so well, and at such an attractive price, it tilted the scales to very positive.Firstly, yes. The bracket is clearly a weak point. It is a 'go-pro' style design, so compatible with many available clamps. This one consists of two pieces: a clip that snaps onto the light head itself and the clamp for your handlebars. It is made of hard plastic and I can see how easily it might break. I decided not to bother with the handlebar clamp, since that seems like the most vulnerable part, instead using an aluminum clamp I had laying around. There is an 'updated' aluminum version available here and if this were not the case, I would not have given this a 5 star rating. So, at least for now, if your bracket breaks you can pick up a higher quality replacement.As for the light itself. It is wells designed. With dual emitters, it works best for me as a handlebar light with a decent mixture of flood and spot. The LEDs also lean a little more toward the 'warm' end of light spectrum, which I like. Older lights have that blueish tint that I have trouble with, so this was perfect for me. It come programmed with three settings that (I believe) are 250l, 800l and 1500l. There is a customizable setting if you want to change your levels. You can tell this light was developed with input from riders.Overall, this just seems like a fantastic light for the price. I would compare it to lights that are almost twice as much money. If the bracket worries you, pick up an aluminum version here. The clamp is easily replaced by an aftermarket aluminum 'go-pro' one. Do it soon though; I don't believe this company is going to continue making them.

Has been working perfectly. I use it on my helmet and put the battery in my backpack and this setup has been great, almost don't even need a second light.

Buyer beware. I really wanted to like these lights but right out of the box one of the mounting brackets broke during installation. Contacted the manufacturer and they did not response so don't expect any warranty or support.

This company makes amazing lights with stable output without the normal output drop most light companies have.
