shouldn't this bottle come with a tamper proof seal, because mine didn't which makes me believe someone has diluted the concentrate by the smell of it

I don't remember any tamper proof seal. As regards the smell, the concentratedoes have a strong odor, which is understandable considering its intended use.

Can you get this in a smaller bottle?

I’m trying to keep the birds out of my bird feeder . Will this work ? I don’t want to get rid of my birds just the squirrels

Not sure about birds but it seems to do a good job of keeping squirrels out of my garden.

This product is safe to spray on a lawn, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for grass, if that’s what you are asking. If applied regularly, is effective at deterring dear and rabbits from eating things In the garden that you love, like cone flowers, tulips (spray often) or other flowing plants, and it is perfectly safe to use. But I wouldn’t spray it on my lawn to protect the grass as a general protectant, unless I knew I had an animal problem specifically with eating the grass. Otherwise, seems like a waste of time and money. Happy to answer a follow-up question if you want to clarify
