this little baby works!
I have been putting up with poor quality coffee makers for 6+ yrs: I’ve thrown out a Cuisinart, Krups mini, Hamilton Beach & 2 DeLonghi models, either the heating elements failed or there was so much sludge in the pot that I wouldn’t drink the 2nd cup. This little coffee maker is fast, easy & makes a great cup without any debris. It’s small enough to put in a carrying case & take on my vacation and, so far, I’m really happy with everything about it. May it hold up for a long time because my 2nd cup this morning was as good as the first❤️

Super small and works great ……But wait…..
Pros- after using a couple of times- This is just the size I wanted because I’m the only coffee drinker here. It’s super easy to use and it’s super easy to clean. It’s working perfectly for me. I love the reusable filter that comes with it! That was one reason I tried this brand. It isn’t as noisy as my Mr. Coffee that I had before this one. It takes up very little counter space!! Cons: After using this for quite a short time every day- this coffee maker proves to be of no good to me. The arm that swings out to put the filter in gets flimsy and rickety. It’s not made as well as I thought. Also the coffee maker doesn’t close all of the way now. I used this every morning since the day I got it. It hasn’t lasted. My Mr Coffee lasted for years. I of course threw the box away and can’t return it now. So I learned my lesson. I’ll go with what I know instead of venturing out on an unknown brand.

The perfect little mini coffee maker!
I like my coffee strong! I grind the beans very finely, the way I learned when I lived in Europe and made drip coffee. I've tried and tried to find a small coffee maker that makes really good coffee, but never succeeded until now in finding one as good as the more time-consuming pour-over, cone coffee system. The only problem I have is that with such finely-ground coffee and using an extra scoop of coffee grounds, the cone fills up and makes it difficult to insert into the holder when I make 4 or 5 cups (I figured out how to tilt it to make it work!). The lid can be lifted up, and I can watch the water drip down onto the grounds, which is amusing! I’m having fun with this coffee maker that does everything but grind the coffee beans! It keeps the coffee perfectly warm.

Makes good coffee, but feels cheap. No auto shutoff.
I bought this because I only make 3 "cups" at a time, or about half of the small coffee pot. The industry standard 6 oz coffee "cup", not the mugs that most of us use in the real world. I like the #2 cone filters for making small amounts of coffee. I think they work better than the basket type filters for that purpose. That's what this maker uses. I haven't used the permanent filter, so can't comment on that. It makes pretty good coffee. I do need to use a flashlight to see the "3 cup" embossed marking deep in the black molded plastic reservoir when filling with water. It's pretty flimsy, but haven't broken anything yet. It **needs** an auto shutoff. It does not have one. It will happily burn your coffee all day if you forget about it. The burner plate turns into a mess pretty fast. But yes, it does make good coffee.

Doesn't keep the coffee hot
Have used this for 2 weeks. Disappointed in both the quality and performance. Water level marks are hard to see without a flashlight. The grounds basket seems flimsy. Carafe dribbles when you try to pour it unless you lift the lid and the coffee is not hot. It does brew quickly and is not noisy. Glass carafe is easy to hand wash. Am still looking for a replacement to our former 4-cup coffee maker that lasted 15 years--this is not it!

But the secret to a good cup of coffee is as much water temperature
This is the second one of these I purchased. (The first met an unfortunate accident after making coffee every morning for 18 months - no fault of the unit itself). I am fussy about my coffee - grind my own, etc. But the secret to a good cup of coffee is as much water temperature, brew time, and how clean the pot is as it is the coffee you use. These little guys seem to have the first two nailed. We have very hard water and I usually only get 6 to 9 months before this style coffee makers stop working - even ones that cost five times what these guys do. Simple. Well engineered. The permanent filter works and cleans better than others I have used in the past. Only thing that I would change is it would be nice if the basket accepted a standard size paper filter.

I also use it for tea
I was reluctant to toss my old, very old, coffee pot. It still worked, just took quite some time to process one pot of water. So I bought this one- and used it once, was shocked how quickly it processed the coffee, and I instantly threw the old one away. I also put water through it and just leave a bag of tea in the pot while the water is coming through, let that sit for a few minutes to brew the tea, and it works great. Easy to clean. The only drawback is that it does not have automatic shutoff. But I think I knew that when I purchased it.

I bought the 5 Cup coffee maker for my office and it makes the perfect amount to fill my YETI Rambler. This is easy to use and is a decent quality for the price. The box it came in says it's a 6 cup machine, but it's not - it is 5 cups as is advertised. I would highly recommend this product if you're looking for something simple for your office in order to obtain your coffee fix!

Pot cracked after 5 uses. Other than that this would have been a great little coffee maker

I really didn’t believe that the reviews said it’s hard to pour. Even lifting up the lid coffee spills everywhere. I would stay away from it. I had an earlier model 12 years ago that the carafe had a better spout. This one has a short lip

It works. It dribbles hot water over ground coffee and collects the drips. Not much can go wrong. The carafe doesn't dribble/spill when pouring. I think that's just luck. But it's flimsy and mostly plastic. I don't expect it to last long. It has a heated plate for the carafe - that was a surprise.. The manual says it has an Auto-Off feature, but it doesn't. (Amazon's website doesn't mention Auto-Off). The manual also says plug into a 220V outlet but the 2-prong plug is the 120V type - standard for N.A. homes. No CSA certifcation.
