I heard good and bad reviews about this product but I decided to try it either way. I am 100% happy that I decided to ignore the bad reviews and give it a try. This thing is awesome for back pain. It’s easy to set up, it’s easy to use and it relieved my back pain instantly. I’m guessing It will have to be used quite often to help keep the pain at minimum, but I don’t mind. This is overall 100% worth the $16!

It is easy to put together but we put it on the highest arch and it does nothing. Tried laying on it at different angles and sides and different parts of the back and no snap, crackle, or pop

Back cracker
Works for cracking back only sometimes. The first setting shouldn’t even been a setting it can’t even sit right in the slot.

I’ve seen it works for other people
My back never wants to crack no matter what I do so I didn’t have high hopes for this it’s worked for other people tho, either way gives u a nice stretch and pressure on your back

Easy to use and comfortabl
I thought this might be a little painful on the spine but the rubber insert really helps. this definitely helps crack my back and alot better than having someone walk on it

Cheap plastic
It doesn’t work!! It’s cheap plastic and it just came in a bag no box. I want a refund.

great back cracking board
i love everything about this! very easy to use, takes shape to the high levels so taking it off and bending the opposite way, goes right back to normal! love the different level settings as well
