Great shower until it decides to break out of the blue
I ordered this a little over a year ago and it has been great. However, I turned on the water to take a shower today and the shower head just broke and fell into the tub. Thank goodness I wasn’t in the shower already or it would’ve seriously caused some injury. It looks like some piece just broke on its own since I haven’t touched it since the install just over a year ago.

Could use a better way to install, but overall a nice shower head.
Would like to see a better way to install this. The connection is slick and round - there's absolutely no grip for installation. I had to use about 10 wraps of teflon tape to make sure it wouldn't leak. Even just some notches in the connector to get a wrench around and crank down on would be useful. Once on, though, I was impressed. Looks great and functions well. The flow rate is insane. It seems way more than 2.5 gpm. Maybe mine didn't come with a flow restrictor but my drain can't handle the amount of water that comes out. Ended up buying a flow valve to control it a bit.

Insane
This head is awesome but insane. It will basically pull whatever GPM/PSI you throw at it. It overwhelms my drain and feels like I'm at a water park and that is not an exaggeration. I bought it because my old head was a drippy and weak and this thing destroys, but it also drains my hot water heater in about 3 minutes. I've had to be very specific about how I manage the pressure and temp with this thing in order to not have a cold shower because it just requires so much pressure from the pipe in order to keep flow. Very non-green. I love it but I need longer hot water! It comes with a "flow restrictor" that is really just a very course piece of screen to keep large chunks of debris out of the head. I will be buying a manual adjustment valve from amazon today but I'm curious how this will affect the head performance. I will report back if it has negative impact. It's also really shiny and seems high quality. The flow and the head look exactly like the picture. You will want at least a 9" extension arm and yes it swivels. Very easy to install. Some people are complaining that the attachment thingy behind the head is round and hard to grip when you install it but I'm just an average guy and I used common sense (don't use a wrench directly on chrome?? duh??) and had no problems with it. One wrap of teflon tape and my hand was all I needed. The whole thing was done in about ten minutes. Don't leave bad reviews for your own stupidity people, Jeez.

Bought two, both leaked
I ordered one of these on Amazon - when it arrived, a white spacer was not installed correctly and the product leaked, so I sent it back and ordered a new one. We have used the new one for a couple of months, and now the same joint has failed. I took it apart, but it cannot be repaired. IT shoots water out the side and over the shower door. It is simply manufactured with too much tolerance. So today I will buy a third showerhead. This shower head provides a very pleasant rain like shower, none of the pressure-squirt feeling, just gentle big drops. Very nice - but unreliable.

Good finishing, water is really like rain shower. This is a good improvement for my bathroom as the low water pressure and old shower head was not working for me. Due to the low water pressure I used a shower arm to use this head at the horizontal position so it is really like a rain shower (no pressure to use it an agle and get a good flow).

Great shower head. Really like monsoon rainfall.
I should have ordered this product years ago. What this shower head can do in a low water pressure situation is amazing. I am served by a community well system. The well is at the bottom of the hill. I live at the top. I have water pressure of 40psi at best - maybe 30psi when people living down the hill are all taking their morning showers. My shower head is about 11 feet above the point where my pressure gauge is mounted, so I should be getting somewhere between 25psi and 35psi at the shower head. For 17 years, I have "showered" in a dribble. I did not think the shower head could make any real difference. Wrong. This shower head produces a shower that truly is like monsoon rainfall. There is no force behind the water - it is not a stinging spray. But it is a wonderful cascade of water. I kick myself for not having replaced my shower head years ago.

Beware material - false advertising
Great flow rate and it looks great too, but it's definitely not stainless steel. When I was attaching the shower head to the arm I used a wrench and accidentally scuffed it while tightening. The chrome polish came off immediately and so did what was underneath which looked like brass or even copper. False advertising.

Great shower head
Great shower head. However one of the nozzle tips is dripping instead of spraying. I tried inserting a pin in to clear orifice to no avail. Are the nozzle tips REPLACEABLE?
