these door locks comes with 2 options and it has versatility. so one goes in the door lock and the other goes under the door after the door ia locked. super easy to use, it's so small.it fits in your purse and kept my family and I safe while traveling international. We had a door that was old with only one of those flimsy sliding locks. We don't live in a bad neighborhood but not having a proper lock on the door was worrisome. Too much to replace the door so this system works pretty well. The alarm is so loud you hear it up two flights of stairs and the door lock stays in place until you remove it. It does take a little getting used to but practice makes perfect. The good thing is you can take this anywhere with you for that extra bit of security on the road.

Alarm on doorstop isn't loud, even on highest setting. But it will alert you if your awake.I like these and will be ordering more for traveling

This door stopper alarm is exactly what I needed for extra security at home. It’s very loud, which gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll be alerted if someone tries to enter. It’s a great precaution to have nowadays! The only downside is that when setting up the alarm, it sometimes goes off accidentally, which can be a bit annoying. Other than that, it works well and does the job!
