Great vitamins, I mean it's a great deal, couldn't pass it up. But, doesn't upset the stomach and that's good, easy to swallow. They seem effective, they have a good size, tells me there's plenty of well vitamins all in there.

Vitamin is from a reputable company. It has the nutrients you would want and in good vitamin and mineral content. The price and quality is good. It's difficult to say exactly how it's working and what's doing for you. The body is a complex chemical manufacturing plant which requires many of the ingredients in this multi vitamin. So if your taking this rest assured it's working giving you health benefits in many ways.

I have tried 8-10 multivitamins over the years. Bronson ONE Daily Men's Complete has a broad range of vitamins and minerals in similar or increased amounts over other Branded and generic multivitamins. Bronson has as many or more total ingredients. I do supplement Vitamin C and D. Bronson is less expensive per unit, half of the ingredients are at 100% RDA, and it has 29 total ingredients. Bronson has been my go-to multivitamin for many years. Bronson is a tremendous bargain!

These vitamins are larger than any I have ever taken. They are the size of Tylenol capsules (maybe even a little larger). Other than that I have no complaints. I have to believe that everything that they say is in them is in them. I have not had any problems with upset stomach or nausea or bad aftertaste.

I have been taking these for over three years and they work, no burping or bad after taste, blood tests show an increase in vitamins a senior needs. So I will keep buying them u till my doctor tells me otherwise.

I take one a day and they keep me healthy. I've barely had a sick day for the last 20 years since I started taking multivitamins.
