Power Crunch bars are hands-down some of the best-tasting protein bars I’ve tried. The wafer texture is light and crispy, and the flavors taste more like a dessert than a supplement. They’re easy on the stomach, not overly sweet, and perfect for a quick snack or post-workout bite. Great balance of taste and protein without that chalky aftertaste. At first I read the ingredients listed on Amazon and ruled out this product because I don't allow Hydrogenated oils in my diet for obvious health reasons. Then I spotted a Power Crunch bar at Whole Foods and read the ingredients - no Hydrogenated oils included. Confused, I then called BNSG (manufacturer of Power Crunch) and asked that they confirm whether this ingredient is included (past & present) in any of the Power Crunch bars. (3/2012) I was told by BNSG that Hydrogenated oils have never been a part of this protein bar's formula. I informed them of the error on Amazon's site (for all flavors) and they didn't seem too concerned by this, but said it would be investigated. I can only guess that BNSG is currently meeting its sales goals and therefore can be complacent to have such erroneous info attributed to their product. I hope that this review can help others be more willing to give these bars a try, since they are really a nice product. I have ordered many cases from Amazon and NONE have included the stated Hydrogenated oils. Having hopefully clarified any ingredient issues, let's get on to the other features of this unique protein bar. If you like wafer style cookies, then this item may be an interesting choice for those looking for a new protein bar. Since the wafers are made of whey protein, the flavorings are in the coating and in between the wafer layers. Such construction allows for this protein bar's consistency to be light and non doughy, as almost all other protein bars on the market aren't. I especially like them because this feature means that they won't weigh me down and will digests quickly. The flavors are also very good while Vanilla and Triple Chocolate are truly DIVINE. They are also sweetened with Stevia, so of course there is no bitterness or aftertaste. The only negative features are that they crumble easily so it's important to eat/transport them carefully, they melt easily so refrigeration afterwards won't restore them to their original form, and the Wild Berry Creme flavor does contain one food dye colorant (Red 40). Cases of each flavor are also priced differently - some being almost $3 more. If you like wafer style foods, want a light, fast absorbing protein bar that tastes fantastic, give the Power Crunch bars a try. *Please note: I am not affiliated with BNSG and/or any other nutritional organization. I really enjoy the bars, though quite crumbly when eating leaving chocolate bits which can be messy. That's taste is clean, I prefer them to stay refrigerated until eaten, less messy too. wear and

We have been buying these for years. Pro's - Actually taste good, not artificial, no stevia weird tastes. Tastes like a chocolate wafer, not too sweet 5gs of sugar is fine. I rather have some sugar then artificials or weird tastes 12 grams of protein Fairly clean ingredients Decent size of bar that fills you Normal pricing at ~$2 or less My whole family and kids love them Great for On the Go Con's - They well melt easily so they need to need to be a lunch bag cooler if temps over 70's. If you have young kids not for the car, they need to be old enough to hold in a wrapper Overall great product. Highly recommend.

Excellent macro friendly option and great taste, not heavy on sugar and decent protein as well. I’ve repurchased 3 times now. Would highly recommend. Peanut butter is my favorite !

Ugg THEYRE so GOOD! I’m addicted to them. Not kidding. It’s a problem. They are so perfectly not too sweet and satisfy that deep need for chocolate that is impossible to ignore sometimes. Not a guilty please but I honestly buy these too much!

These are my favorite protein bars!!!! If I need a quick snack or pick me up I grab one of these! Every flovor I have tried has been so good!
