The best thing I’ve came across for sleep. I combine with magnesium glycinate at bedtime and works perfectly. I’ve had sleeping problems for so many years and these two are a miracle for me.

If only I would have known about this decades ago. I have anxiety, racing heartbeat, never ending racing thoughts, etc. I actually bought this because it's a recommended antiviral for Epstein Barr which I was ordering a few things for, and I liked that it said it calmed the nervous system. Sounded too good to be true but I ordered, of course. It arrived last night and since then I haven't really been worried about much, in a good way lol. I used a full dropper in a 2 oz glass of OJ. After about 20-30 minutes, I felt my body change and relax. My heart slowed down and my mind was just blank. It gets better- when I went to bed, I woke up and something seemed different- I realized that I had gotten many, many hours of deep sleep. I felt like I was waking up from a black hole or something. I am like the product. But you have to be careful when you taking first time.First time I am take 7 drops and was little bit too much for me.I am take 4-5 drops before going to bed . It’s give me more deep sleep and feel better in a morning.I recommend this product.

I occasionally wake up with panic attacks, I put this in a glass of water and it almost instantly calms my nerves; better than prescription anxiety medication! I will be repurchasing.

I'm unsure how to rate this. I decided to be cautious and only used three drops in a little bit of water. I started watching a movie with my child but had to stop short as I couldn't keep my eyes open. I slept deeply for two hours, no memory of dreams or anything, then was fairly awake. Same thing another night but I fought it a bit as it felt like passing out, not going to sleep, which I didn't like. Did this a couple other times, sometimes before bed, sometimes when I woke in the middle of the night.One night I could not fall back asleep at 2 in the morning and I took three drops. I could feel that heaviness creeping in again and prickling all along my scalp and fought it as I generally do. This time it just bugged me and I could not give in to it. Who knows why but it certainly wasn't calming any anxiety. I ended up waking my spouse, we had to get up early, so we got up a bit earlier. I had been fighting it until 4:30. I had to continue fighting all morning and was a zombie all day, lack of sleep and the stress.I'm not sure how relevant that whole situation was but thought I'd mention it. The bottle says a whole dropperful as a dose! Would that have killed me? I kind of wonder. I did not shake the bottle, so maybe it was more concentrated but still, at least one person out there is affected very strongly by this.

My daughter has taken this for anxiety and it seems to work to have a calming effect. We filled small glass containers with juice in the fridge so she could just add the drops when she was ready to take it.
