I've been using these for yrs. I start taking the minute I feel like my body is starting to fight something or been exposed to someone close who's sick. I keep them in my purse as they're easy to take and I didn't always have water to take other brands that need to dissolve in H2O. Always stock up when we're traveling and cruising. They dissolve quickly and taste good. They lessen symptoms or the illness totally bypasses me!!

I use Sambucol a lot, so it was very convenient to order through here. It's so easy to use - just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve. It tastes good. And I think its very effective - hen I start feeling cold symptoms coming on, I start taking these and it usually helps lessen or eliminate my symptoms.

I rely on Sambucol. It works well when used as directed. I would share directions for use, but seller pasted a label over the instructions. Somebody didn’t think that through.

These do not taste bad and they actually work. They are tiny and melt quickly. You have to take one every 3 hours, however they are homeopathic and work well.
