Absolutely! We recommend the following instructions: 1. Empty your water cooler, including the reservoir and all lines. 2. Pour H2OK into an empty water bottle. 3. Fill water bottle with potable water, but only enough to fill the reservoir. The H2OK and potable water should not exceed the reservoir capacity. 4. Install the water bottle and allow the reservoir to fill. 5. Wait for 15 minutes. 6. Drain the water cooler through the outputs. (In this case, through all three hot, room temp, and cold water outputs) 7. Refill your empty water bottle with clean water and allow the reservoir to fill again. Drain through all the outputs. 8. Your water cooler is now clean!
