I originally bought these shoe ice packs for my wife to help her stay cool at night, but after injuring my ankle, I finally gave them a try myself—and I’m so glad I did! They’ve been absolutely amazing for my hurt ankle. I wear a size 10.5 shoe, and while the fit isn’t completely snug (especially with the swelling), it’s close enough to provide real relief. The design allows for good coverage and cooling, and even with my foot being swollen, it still fits well enough to make a noticeable difference. The cold therapy is effective and soothing, and the convenience of slipping them on like shoes makes them so much easier to use than traditional ice packs. I’ve used a lot of different methods over the years, and this one is by far the most comfortable and practical. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with foot or ankle pain—or just looking for a cool-down option at night. These are a game-changer!

Super cold if flipped inside out! This product is pretty good, not perfect. The straps do work but can slip if mot in the right position. But in the right position they are fine. At times, it doesn’t seem very cold at all. Compared to a bucket with ice, it’s no competition, the ice bucket is colder and more surface area on your foot but if you want something to say bring it the bed and provide a moderate amount of cold, it’s good. The cold doesn’t last very long. But it’s good enough. But super cold if flipped inside out, it’s just the straps har it be flipped also but it works Also there is a gap in the foot coverage if right side inward. It doesn’t covers your toes or Morton’s neuroma area, and there’s a gap at the top of the foot near the ankle. But if you flip it the other way or press down it’s excellent Also if you have plantar fasciitis, there’s not much cold at all on the heel. In fact, it feels like the exact spot you need cold, there’s is none, I’d you have plantar fasciitis. Which is frustrating

Really love!! Very comfortable and fits well. I love how long it stays cold. My only complaint is the straps are way too long and you have to wrap around several times.

I completely or nearly completely severed 4 ligaments in my ankle while trail running. I tried a number of different solutions during my subsequent recovery. Is was definitely a big one. Prior to these I was using ace bandages and sports-specific ice packs. But it could be a pain to position multiple ice packs (inside ankle, outside ankle, top of foot) and then wrap it all up. Plus, I had to switch the ice out rather frequently too. These provided an alternative solution that was a bit easier to set up. You *could* walk in them but I don't recommend it, it felt like I might burst the bottom ice pack across my sole. The tradeoff was also that it made my entire foot cold, not just the areas that hurt. And while the ice stayed cold for a long time, I have other fancier ice packs that stayed colder a little longer. But these still worked great!

My son has tendinitis in his ankle and also has foot pain sometimes. This has been a game changer for us. No more yelling at him to keep the ice pack on. Now he can just strap it on and it moves with him. Great quality.

Broke my ankle Found this to be very helpful, wish I had bought it sooner. Easy to use Keeps cold for 20 minutes the maximum time that is suggested.

This ice pack will get the job done, but it has several issues that have me frustrated. Not staying cold enough for long enough is the real problem. Pros: +Nice material, feels fine and should be easy to keep clean +quality velcro strap works well and doesn't have too much of the hook part to get stuck on other fabrics +Great icing effect in the first couple of minutes, good contact when properly strapped on +Comes with a bag for keeping things clean while in the freezer +Big enough to cover my massive calf above the ankle, just closes in front Cons: -Doesn't stay cold enough for very long. It does stay semi cold for a full 30 minutes or so, but loses its real cold effect in the first five minutes -Need to wrap the elastic all around the foot in order to keep the gel properly distributed. If you wrap it tightly in just the two places they show, the gel winds up all scooting to the heel area, and I got this specifically to ice my toes and ankle. -instruction to keep in freezer for exactly 2-4 hours is a bit tricky. I find I sometimes forget to take it out or it isn't convenient to use it at just that time, but the package has pretty strong instructions about being careful if left too long in the freezer. Maybe I'm over thinking it, but I wish I could just leave in the freezer all the time in between uses so I didn't have to plan ahead -The gap on top of the ankle is a bummer. Obviously I could see this in the photos and decided to give it a go anyway, but that's a spot I really could use the ice with my particular nerve issue.

I bought this after my podiatrist recommended I ice my foot a few times a day for bursitis. This is sooooo easy to use. It folds flat so it fits in the freezer without taking up a bunch of space. I recommend putting on a sock as the ice effect is intense. After a week or so of using this, my bursitis resolved. I will defiinitely use this again, if needed.

I was fairly desperate to find a better ice pack that could cover my ankle but also my heel and my foot. Any I saw looked so complicated and I am pretty over complicated! This worked great! It is cold so I usually wear a sock or an ankle sleeve underneath but it fits on, it’s clear where the base of your foot goes and then it has straps to hold it in place. It stays cold for quite awhile which is great for someone like me. So far the best ice pack of this type I have seen.

This has to be one of the BEST ice therapy packs out there. The fact you can mold around your ankle (regardless of size of foot), and the outer material seems to radiate the coolness back onto the foot, yet the inside is soft to touch, and comfortable around the ankle. Wouldn’t recommend a broken ankle, but 1000% would recommend this therapy pack!
