I should note that this effect is fairly subtle, at least it was for me, and I didn't really notice until I started looking back.

The effects of this product were not as potent as others I tried. I did cycle off before trying this product and increased the dosage but wasn't successful.

This is my 2nd bottle. For some reason my first bottle worked better than my 2nd bottle. But I'll give it another try. I did notice improvement with focusing and memory retention. Also noticed it helped stress.
