so much more effective than manual or Phillips sonic brush with io 7 per our non-scientific experience. thelis brish with the io series 7 are impressive combo, avoiding rapid tartar buildup on the inside of my lower front teeth, using bi-pap the mouth dries up, and the buildup was bad after just two weeks with manual brush, needing hard scraping with metal hook to remove, after switching the metal hook is not needed for much longer intervals which to me says its doing s better job (Brushing frequency was twice a day for either option). but the prrof is with the dentist where the cleaning was easier and the gum depth readins improved for the bigger numbers (4,5) by 1 on average. brushes also last several month, we use them for 3m and we try to only apply a light pressure and no traditional brushing motion, just glide to a new tooth and dwell for a second or so, then glide to the next tooth.

Buy the original equipment for this toothbrush. They fit and function perfect. Just sent back replacement brand that just didn't work properly. Best quality is from Oral-B!

These are the exact replacement heads for the IO brush. The quality is excellent as could be expected from Oral B. The Brush heads are very nice and the Noise level is very minimal, comparable to the one that came in the box. The are soft and supple as well. No complaints. I am sure they will work with the electronics of the brush. I just wish they had a more visible icon on them, so distinguish which is which. My wife and I share a brush heads. I know you’re not supposed to according to Oral B, due to the electronics and stuff, but an extra hundred dollars for a toothbrush is steep for retired people .

Perfect fit for my oral b iO toothbrush—no issues with comparability. I feel like this brush head on the normal cleaning setting allows for a thorough cleaning. Bristles hold up well but not too tough feeling. Adding to my list so I can reorder when I need new brush heads!

I’ve been using the Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean heads for a while now, and they’re easily my favorite replacement heads for the iO series. The cleaning power is noticeable from the first use, my teeth feel smoother and “polished” after brushing, especially around the gum line and between teeth. The bristles feel firm enough to clean well, but still comfortable and not harsh on the gums. They fit perfectly on my iO handle, don’t wobble, and the quality feels premium compared to cheaper alternatives. If you want a strong clean without feeling like you’re scrubbing too hard, these are a great choice. Highly recommended for anyone using an iO brush.
