We love this refrigerator! I think it said white glove delivery which I read as them bringing it in. They did not want to take the doors off to get it in the house. Once we got it in place the whole family loved it. It has a spot with recipes and I love listening to YouTube or music while cooking.

Love the design, hate the smart home features.
I purchased the 21.5 CuFt model of this exact same refrigerator, which is the counter-depth model. I love the in-door ice maker. I love the layout of the refrigerator itself. I love the size and rectangular shape of the shelves. I love that there are no obstructions for any of the shelves. I WISH that the shelves were somewhat adjustable up or down. (One design flaw in my estimation) I love the "idea" of the smart home hub. But, the only doorbell that works with it is the "Ring" doorbell, which is an overpriced, under-featured doorbell option, with poor video quality, and no ability to store videos locally. Also, you can not add additional applications. I would love to download a different doorbell video application, something besides Ring. I purchased an INCREDIBLE 2K video doorbell, made by a company called AOSU, and they have an application that is SO MUCH BETTER THAN RING! For 1/3 the cost of Ring, I have a 2K video doorbell, with MUCH higher resolution, that comes with a WiFi extender, and stores videos locally on the extender. No need to have some monthly subscription to store videos. For the cost of this fridge, it should have an Android operating system, with Play Store application downloads. It comes with Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music and iHeart Radio. But, I do not use any of these, because none of these support music videos. I use YouTube for music videos. There is a YouTube application for Windows, for Roku, and for my Samsung phone. Why could you not include this same YouTube application on this expensive refrigerator? I would love to be able to install WhatsApp or Viber on the fridge, tying it back to my phone. The speaker quality is terrible, something I might expect on the lowest end radios. If you play ANY KIND OF MUSIC, from ANY source, at anything above a whisper, the sound is distorted. Mind you, other than the short-sighted design of the hub, with its limited features and poor sound quality, I love this refrigerator. If you want a very nicely designed refrigerator, then I highly recommend this refrigerator. But, if you really want a refrigerator with a quality smart hub and advanced features, this smart hub is very limited in options and features. I would give the refrigerator itself 5 stars, and the hub by itself 2 stars. But, since I did purchase this unit primarily for the refrigerator, I averaged the stars to 4, giving more weight to the refrigerator, than to the smart hub.
