Taste is not everything Is about the outcome and the results that u get out of it This pre workout had resolved my issue after having to try more than 6 brands so far I train everyday guys :)

Solid pre workout, just be mindful there isn't enough silica packets in the tub so the powder is lumpy. My advice is to blend the powder in a blender to get all the lumps out then keep the pre workout in the fridge to avoid it going lumpy again.

No soy ningun principiante en esto de los pre entrenos, me he hecho tolerante asi que no esperaba mucho de este total war pero me sorprendio. No me ocasiono parestesia ( la sensacion de picazon) pero si sientes el rush y el bombeo aunque tarda en llegar y tambien tiene muy buen focus y el punch y el precio es bueno. He probado otros pre mas caros que no pegan tanto. Hace casi 4 horas que acabe la rutina y me siento aun con energias. No lo recomendaria para principiantes
