I bought this for our Church to store memorabilia within it. We are about to celebrate our 125th year since our founding and there's a lot of programs and past directories that needed a "good safe home". This worked great. Good quality, opens well, about the right weight.

I bought this to house a microscope when not in use. I tricked it out to not only fit the microscope but also the accessories. I put on a handle for picking up and carrying. I attached latches to prevent unintended opening. I stained it chestnut. I didn’t finish it as well as I could have if I spent more time but it’s not a piece of furniture, cabinet, door or molding so it is good enough for me.

Box came in chipped in multiple places. The brown isn’t the same brown as in the picture. There are holes in the box. I had to return it. It has good storage capacity but it just wasn’t as described at all I bought a second one as a replacement and it also broken but the black is definitely black and looks good. But it is broke on the hinge. I can’t afford to send it back again and so I am just going to glue it myself.

I wanted to gift the Harry Potter hardback book collection I slowly gathered to give to my daughter for Christmas this year. I ordered the natural wood box with the intention of decorating the box myself. The box itself is a little expensive for the quality considering it has a particle board bottom, rough edges, and was cracked. I fixed the crack with wood glue and sanded the edges. I stained with oil based stain in walnut, added a clasp, added felt on the bottom inside, and stenciled her name on the top of the lid and a little quote on the inside of the lid. I kept the original hinges and colored the fabric strap holding the lid up. Everyone couldn’t believe I decorated it myself. And my daughter loved the box and of course the gifts inside. So it worked out really well.

It's a box. Seems well made, no issues in the color of it, like no light spots or faded spots.

cheaply made, the hinge was broken when I opened the box. I had to replace the hinge with a piano hinge.

The missing element to our living room to organize all the console remotes! Love the quality and finish!

La forré por dentro con fieltro verde y le puse un pestillo para cerrar la tapa. Me quedó así una estupenda y económica caja para guardar y proteger bien unas valiosas piezas de ajedrez de madera. Buena adquisición.

Overall the box is well made and looks like in the pictures. Its as i expected pretty much. the only minus is that the white string that connects the lid to the base of the box is connected with clamps to the box and has already started to rip/break (the white plastic/fbaric seems very fragile). Also the string folds outwards when you close the box so there is a little white thing sticking out of the box when you close it. But these problems are solvabe if you have some crafting skills.

A prima vista sembra delicata, ma nn lo è. È resistente. Nella mia foto è rifinita: carteggiata per eliminare imperfezioni del legno e dipinta con colore e protezione. Arriva ben imballata, nn ho riscontrato problemi di sorta nemmeno alle cerniere. Tutto ok. È capiente e la uso per riporre piccole attrezzature e rame da lavorare. Molto comoda e ben fatta. Ovvio, è da rifinire ma nn è un lavoro impegnativo. Il bello è che con un po di fantasia può diventare anche un oggetto di arredamento o quello che desiderate. Ottimo il prezzo. Veloce la spedizione.
