Aveeno Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream, 5 Ounce

I bought this lotion for my grandson who has Eczema. I care for him during the week while my daughter works. We've been using this lotion for a couple weeks now, and I'm seeing improvement in his skin. The lotion is very creamy but lightweight. It's not sticky nor oily. It does take a little bit to absorb, but he enjoys the little massage lol. This is a good product, and I will continue purchasing it for him

No exaggeration, i highly recommend this product for anyone who has eczema flare ups. It soothes and give exceptional relief. It is not greasy. Very effective! I wish I had a before and after picture just for the two days of usage.

Love this wonderful cream. It has helped my excema which I have had for over 25 years. I had used it back in 2019 and it didn't seem to help that much and started using something else. I tried again this year in February and it seemed to be improving my my excema so have been using only it for the last 6 months and my skin is 90% clear with no more itching. Amazing but don't really know if something else may have caused the change. I tend to think it was the Aveeno and I have subscribed so I always have it as it softens my very dry skin and is not oily. It is worth a try!

I’ve been dealing with an eczema flare-up, and while I know everyone’s eczema and body are different, this product truly made a difference for me. My eczema is triggered by sweat, which is extremely hard to manage since I live in a very humid country. My dermatologist prescribed a topical steroid cream that I can only use for 5 days at a time, followed by a minimum 2-week break. After using the steroid, I was still itchy. I tried E45 cream, unscented petroleum jelly, and even baby diaper rash cream. While they helped briefly, the relief never lasted. I love exercising, but during my flare-ups, sweating makes my skin inflamed and unbearably itchy — I hadn’t worked out in over a week. The moment I applied this cream, my itching stopped immediately (no exaggeration). I put it to the test by exercising — I sweat more than average — and not once did my skin itch, turn red, or flare up like it normally does. I was honestly so happy. Definitely repurchasing. Highly recommend giving it a try.

This is currently the best moisturizer for my eczema prone skin I have tried. And I have tried a lot. My dermatologist recommended Amlactin in the past, and I have used that for several years, although I did not really like the consistency or smell. (I prefer products that are "unscented", but the problem with some of those is that they smell unpleasant.) This Aveeno is better in both. I still hesitate to recommend any product like this, because I've tried many products in the past that some people swear by, and they didn't do anything for me. So my advice is to try it. It's not a big expense, and if it works, like for me, you'll be happy you did. If not, try something else until you find something that does. Most likely there will be a product out there that will bring relief. Keep in mind that products also get changed all the time. Due to research, or diminishing sales, who knows. Aveeno is a good example. I tried Aveeno before, several years ago, and it did nothing for me. Now, or this formula, works great. So it's even worthwhile to re-try a product after a few years. If I see one problem with this product it's that because the consistency is fairly thick, it's not easy to finish the container. Both the smaller tube, or this bottle have the same issue. It's definitely a CREAM, not a lotion. But it still absorbs fairly quickly and because of the consistency has good lasting power.

My husband’s dermatologist recommended he get this cream. It works really really well and we have already bought a couple of bottles of it. A lot of those other creams just don’t do the job.

Fast delivery and good product

I’ve suffered from severe itchy skin - knee down on both legs - for several years - have tried various moisturizers and creams …. condition worsens during winter months - but those creams and lotions didn’t give any relief! 24 Hrs after starting with Aveeno - the condition completely disappeared and my skin is silky smooth all over the body! Despite having known about the brand - I blame myselves for not having tried this years earlier!
