I picked this up mainly to improve how I apply beard oil and deal with some dry skin under my beard, and it’s been working really well. The boar bristle brush does a great job of getting the oil all the way down to the skin instead of just sitting on the surface. That alone made a noticeable difference for me. I had some dryness under my beard, and using this helped exfoliate a bit while also distributing the oil better, which cleared things up. The wooden comb feels good in the hand and seems well made. I like that it has both a coarse and fine side, so you can use it for different beard lengths or styles. It has a natural wood smell, nothing chemical or off putting, just a light wood and finish scent that fades quickly. Everything is very easy to use, whether you are just brushing oil through or doing some light grooming. The brush has a good balance of firmness and softness, so it works well without feeling too harsh on the skin. Appearance is clean and simple, nothing flashy but it looks like a quality set. The size and fit of each piece feels right in the hand and easy to control while using. The scissors are included and do cut well, but I haven’t used them much since I usually stick with clippers for trimming. Still nice to have as an option. It also comes with a travel bag. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s perfectly sufficient for keeping everything together and makes it easy to carry or pack if needed. For the price, this feels like a good value. You get a complete kit that actually performs well instead of just filler items. Overall, if you’re dealing with dry skin under your beard or just want a simple, complete grooming kit, this is a solid choice.

This set worked great on my thick beard. The brush does a good job distributing oils and keeping everything looking clean and controlled, while the comb moves through without snagging or pulling. Overall I had modest expectations when I first saw this set on Prime Day but for the price of apx $8 I thought it was worth a shot. I was pleasantly surprised with all that came in the package as well as the overall quality. Beech Wood Boar Bristle Beard Brush: the main attraction of the package. The bristles brush I would consider more of a medium firmness. The brush would be idead for a hair length of medium to low facial hair. It work well and I hope it has a good of a longevity as my previous brush. Pear Wood Beard Comb: at first I had my reservations but this grooming tool is a more universal use tool. I feel that this will work for a wider group of people with different lengths since it has two widths to allow for better grooming of thicker and thinner beards. This piece has a great sturdiness and feel great in hand. It's aesthetically pleasing and would be easy to carry in pocket for everyday use. Grooming Scissors: these scissors were much better than expected. They have a nice feel in hand and cut well. My only complaint is that I wish they were slight less tightened at the pin as it makes the scissors bow out just past that point so when you need to clip it needs to be closed to the end. Velvet Travel Bag: a nice extra addition to add for the all of your carrying needs. A simple drawstring bag to carry all of your grooming products.

I started growing a beard after surgery when I could not stand up. I liked it so I’ve kept it. Then I needed to groom it. So I got this! PROS: - quality materials on the comb brush and scissors. Should last for years. - the brush is stiff but soft. Really helps get the hair in place after a wash - comb easily moves through the hair and gets the tangles out! - scissors are of quality to get one or more stray hairs CONS: - I do have a little hard time holding the scissors because they are small. Work well so not a big deal once you get used it it

Everything worked decent except the scissors wernt very good. The oil smelled decent and the brush is awesome.

I bought this for my husband. He is extremely happy with the brush and comb. It is small enough to travel with and does a great job home or away.

Bristles of the brush keeps falling off but the comb is nice.

The quality of the brush is pretty bad. Whenever I run my finger over the bristles, a load of them come out.

Beard brush might be good but the scissor is very very poor quality. I guess you can go for it and be patient but if you re a person who wants easy and trustworthy grooming friends, I would wander around to find my favorite grooming tools before ending up here.
