Worth it
They appear strong, feel nice and smooth. They're so many choices and price, this one was affordable and has six in the pack. Whereas most of them have 5 and often overpriced. It does the job.

So far the bands have performed well. Good range of resistance. Zipped storage bag and access to exercise videos are a nice touch.

These bands are very professional and need to be used wisely. So easy to keep fit at home this way. The bands are very versatile and it helps to watch the video that you are invited to watch as part of of the instructions to use the correct band for your own strength. The information is essential to get the best out of these bands. A little and often to maintain good exercise accordingly!!

Lasting well
Purchased these for my Mum whose PT has prescribed a specific exercise programme to work on her strength at home. The 6 pack means she will be able to work up to the higher resistance bands over time and use different resistance for different exercises. Handy colour codes as well. They are thick enough not to cut into your body, and now several months in and being used several times a week, they are holding up well. The PT expects all resistance bands to wear out with time but for the price & material you can't really argue.
