After injecting the spores do we have to put in a mono tub to cultivate?

No. You can grow them directly in the bag. It does take longer to colonize using spores vs liquid culture though. Roughly 2 weeks difference.

Whatever mushroom you decide to grow, YouTube has a million videos on the subject of every type of mushroom. I strongly suggest that you watch a few.
