This works very well for me, & quickly! Since last year restless leg syndrome has developed in my body to the point where it was tormenting me! It really was awful! As my legs are flipping-flopping ( all against my will), there is additional stressors in other areas of my body...just pulling & swirling-like...! It sounds crazy, & it makes you feel sort of crazy, too! It increases stress levels and anxiety. And, I didn't know what to do, to help myself... Till I read about Passion Flower Extract... I had rather low expectations when I purchased these...You never know if it will work for YOU... Popped in 1 pill ( with zero expectations)... And, WOW...! In 15-20 minutes I noticed an absolute CALM within my body!!! I was amazed of HOW QUICKLY, and also that it actually worked for me! Day 2: took 1 tab in the AM, and early evening noticed the "body stressors" had returned to torment me some more... Hmmm... I was afraid to take more than 1 tablet of these a day...so, I read about Passion Flower instead! People drink Passion Flower tea which no doubt has more of its "extract" than what is in 1 of these tablets... That gave me courage, and I popped another tablet! 15 min later, I'm all better! Ordered Passion Flower Tea!:) ! Fast forward to now: I take 1 tablet of PFE at a time, several times a day...as "need be" to reduce the body stress. NO side effects of it being too much... NONE! Some evenings drink Passion Flower tea...which tastes awful if strong ( I drank it anyway, for the good - which it delivered! ) and more tolerable if diluted. It WORKS! I HOPE everyone who tries The Passion Flower EXTRACT tablets has as good results with them as I did! I stock up...It's a scary thought if I should ever run out... So, I stock up! lol This brand is reasonably priced, and it is a good product.

This product made my A1C reading go up! It is made in Chia. Before taking this or any over the counter herb medication or supplements be sure to ask your doctor first!

Gentle, relaxing, have bought several times

I have joint pain and take a prescription medication that interferes with brain waves and sleep. Plus, I do part-time shift work which requires EARLY mornings. It was getting to the point that I could only sleep 4 hours at a time, plus still wake up in pain to drag around exhausted continuously no matter what I tried. I only take a capsule if I'm not working the next morning lest I oversleep. The capsules don't drug me to sleep but do let me relax and drift off. Also, I am aware that I dream more and get better quality sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and able to accomplish the day's goals. I didn't get an okay from my doctor before trying these, but used myself as a guinea pig. I am not one bit sorry about that though I'm not advocating everyone do the same. Still, these seem gentle in their effect. I am happy I found them (did so because I'm a tea lover and saw this ingredient in multiple sleep teas). I intend to keep using them-- it's like multiple cups of sleep tea without all the liquid so I don't have to make bathroom trips in the middle of the night! LOL
