Had an issue with the plates on delivery, with some being miscoloured and broken, but they was very quick to rectify the issues, so great customer service. As for the set it self (small and large plates, bowls and cups) I think they're lovely, they look great, have an amazing colour and pattern to them. They seem to be good quality (I'm very surprised they haven't chipped already, all my other plates I've ever had would have been chipped by now!) I think they're honest when they say they're chip resistant (remember resistant doesn't mean invincible) Size of the plates and bowls are just right for correct portions, if you like massive portions maybe find something a little bigger. Saying that, the cup sizes are huge! They could probably be smaller to be fair haha. Everything is microwave safe as you would expect. So all in all, lovely set of plates, and great customer service.

Beat customer service I've had on here hands down! Quality set and well packaged was just one slight chip on one mug so asked for it to be replaced when they had one no rush! They said we'll send you another whole set as they didn't know when they would have just a singular mug in. Came within 2 days the replacements! Very promising future with a customer service like that a proper company that help if you have a problem not to mention quality, style and value for money with this set!

I was genuinely surprised by how elegant this dinner set looks in person. It’s even more stunning than the photos! The quality and design make it look far more expensive than it actually is. Beautiful dinner set. Robust. Nice colour. Microwave safe. Great size. Looks very good and stylish. Haven't got any damage or chipping. Great quality. The only reason I'm missing some mugs is because my child broke it by throwing it... overall very resistant

This is a great sturdy set of crockery and all pieces fit well into the dishwasher. I ordered four sets, and three items were slightly chipped. After sending photos, these were quickly replaced. Customer service was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The one thing I was disappointed with was that the underside of the plates and bowls are black, not dark blue as I’d thought, but this is just a personal preference. I’ve got used to them now and they are fine.

Good quality and looks great. Only recently had them, so hopefully will withstand our busy household.

I bought two dinner sets that each serve four. I needed to replace an old set that was depleted by breakages caused by clumsiness. I like the glossy finish on the inner surfaces. This prevents scratches from cutlery. I can tell the set is a good strong one because the plates and cups have some weight to them. They are not light and delicate so they won't break or chip easily and should last for a long time.

*update* The company was very responsive to my issue and sent out 6 new plates to replace the damaged ones very quickly. Very impressed and I have updated my rating to reflect this. Loved this set online and received the order with a completely undamaged box, opened it to find one (and only one) of the larger dishes is cracked. Tried to go through the Amazon tree to see if we could just get the one dinner plate replaced and they require you to re-wrap and return the entire set. Kind of disappointed that I can't just get the manufacturer to make this right. The Bubble Blue is really pretty, but sad about this brand new dinner plate arriving like this.

Love the dish set. Very pretty. I had been looking for something like this awhile. I ordered 3 sets for a service of 12. One bowl had a chip in the bottom. Told them about it and they sent me a replacement right away. Actually they sent a new set.
