The shipment arrived on time and when I opened the box and inspected everything, I noticed one of the numerals had come unstuck from the mailbox in transit and was rattling around loose in the box. After contacting the seller and obtaining the replacement, I began assembly and installation. Everything went pretty smoothly until I attempted to mount the bracket to the post. No matter how much wiggling I did, the bolts would not align with the pre-drilled holes in the post and the threaded holes in the bracket. They were off just the slightest amount but enough to cause problems. I easily solved the problem by drilling out one of the post holes slightly. After that, it was smooth sailing and we love the look of our new mailbox. It's easily one of the nicest on our street. I would definitely do business with the seller again.

Our HOA requires a metal mailbox so we ordered this one. It came quickly, was nicer than we were expecting. One of the brass numbers had fallen off during shipping so I contacted the company. I was expecting a new number, they sent a whole new plate with the numbers on both sides and we had it in 2 days!! Could not have asked for better service and quality!

Cost is much more than lots of others, the bolts that come with not usable had to obtain other bolts to complete the assembly!

It is beautiful, came exactly as promised. All the parts were there, the address number is perfect and is on both sides. Adds SO much to the curb appeal. We paid a handyman to install ours, but we checked all the parts and they were there. Definitely recommend this quality product.

This product is aesthetically pleasing and very sturdy. Our previous mailbox required a wood piece inside of the aluminum casing. Over the years the wood rotted and the mailbox started leaning. This mailbox is made of metal throughout and does not require wood. It should last for a very long time. Note: it was not difficult but we had to dig a deeper hole and pour cement in order to secure the mailbox. After we bought the products it took about 90 minutes to install. Most of that time was spent digging a deeper hole.

First, customer service is horrific and they start quoting "shop policies" right off the bat.One would think this is an easy item to assemble, but the sloppy design and manufacturing make it somewhat of a Jenga puzzle. The instructions are so bad you are probably better off without them.Specifically, the cast aluminum decorative base is so oversized you will need to find a way to fill the huge gap to the pole. The screw holes on the mailbox and it's base don't line up within tolerance and warps the surface of the mailbox when secured.But, the real reason to find another seller is their "policies" that even when it won't cost them anything they are unwilling to assist on a simple number plate swap.

This is a beautiful mailbox. We are very proud to have the best looking box on the street.
