Very soft and comfortable for yoga
This produce is very niceand its thickness is owsome for exercise feel good while doing yoga Pilates etc

No suitable for Yoga. A complete waste of money
I use this mat only for Yoga and within a year it tore. Not at all worth the price they are charging. I had bought this mat in September last year
