It’s been overall good product. It may not work as fast. Itis a safe non habit forming product. It doesn’t taste like much and it dissolves well. It’s doctor recommended. Price was reasonable and delivery was fast.

This is the best non habit forming laxative you can use. I take a medication which I cannot live without and it's side effect slows down muscle contractions in the intestines and increases fluid absorbtion so needless to say was struggling for quite a while. After finding Miralax and my doctor actually recommended it I've been taking it daily. I found that about a half a regular dose works best for me so it's not too watery. It has literally changed my life. If you know what it's like to have constant constipation it's really not fun at all. This isn't a fast acting laxative it will take a few days to take effect so don't expect to go right after taking it. There are other fast acting laxatives if you need immediate results. This one is more like a prevenative so it doens't happen in the future. I've been on this for a couple of months now and have been going at least once every other day. Before Miralax i was lucky if I went once a week or even once every other week. This powder literally changed my liffe for the better I could not recommend it enough. It's not habit forming and can be used for long peroiods of time without any negative side effects. That is why I choose Miralax.
