Highly Recommend
Love these, I bought one and ended up buying a second. Great value for the money spent, they are built great, seal is good, food stays fresh, I got both of mine in the big size and it fits a 45 lb bag and a 13 pound bag if you fill it all of the way up. Definitely does its job.

Great for storing dry pet food!
These are great for storing dog food or any pet food, we keep ours in the kitchen area by the dog food bowl. I bought two and they stack great, the only thing I kinda have an issue with is cause it says it holds up to 60 pounds of food but I buy the 48 pound bags at Sam's club and they only take one each without filling too full. Was hoping it would hold more than that but I still would buy again and love them.

I have 4 of these and store 240# at a time!
I purchased 4 of these and store 240# of dog food at a time. Always fresh, and critter and bug proof. I also have smaller size containers for milk bones and various treats. Worth the investment!

Fantastic For Storing 50lb Grain Sacks!
These were on my wish list for a long time, wanted to get away from the bucket and gamma seal storage I was using for brewing grain (primarily base grains) as that method just doesn't scale very well. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely am sold on the gamma seal...but I wanted to avoid using 3 buckets for a single bag of grain. This system easily tripled my storage capacity in roughly half the overall space, and at the same time improved access, so it was a welcome change to my storage methods! These will fit an entire 50 pound grain bag with much room to spare. You could probably get away with 1.5 bags if you really pushed it. I love that they stack on top of one another, I was a bit worried about stability but haven't had any issues to speak of. It makes storing 150+ pounds of grain in less than 4 square foot quite a reality. When I get ready for brew day, I just scoop out what I think I'll need, weigh the amount and refine as necessary. The horizontal access makes getting to the product quite easy and the included scoop was a nice touch, although maybe a little bit small for my purposes. I can fairly easily lift an entire unit if needed, but it's not the easiest thing to do.If you're not familiar with the gamma seal, they're a great method of keeping a relatively air-tight system. This will keep whatever you keep in them fresher for longer, especially when you're working with grains that can have a stable shelf life of a year or two when stored optimally. Although I can't speak for this particular product, it's the same seal as you can buy for 5 gallon buckets, so I'd expect similar performance. I've used grain from storage a full year and a half since I bought it without any troubles whatsoever.A couple ownership notes...these are some big containers! You might want to put some though into where you'll keep these as they're a bit on the large side to have in, say, a hallway. Also, if you have kids, keeping them in a location where they can't be climbed on or something like that is a good idea...I'd hate to see what would happen if a full container fell on someone. I wouldn't say that they're inclined to tip over or anything, but they're not super secured either.About the only drawbacks are that they don't have good handles, so moving around a full container can certainly challenge you. Eventually, I intend to make some polypropelyne straps to help lug the things around when needed. I also wished the scoop was a bit larger, but I imagine it's just a cost/benefit ratio...if they provided larger scoops, people would want them smaller. Oh well. Overall, though, I love having easy access to my always-fresh brewing grains, so whatever drawbacks are minimal!

Came back for more!
These are incredibly durable and keep food dry and away from other animals. I have a houseful of animals and, until recently, one was very food-aggressive. Despite our best efforts to keep food and the garbage locked away and all animals separated at feeding time, if even one morsel of food accidentally dropped to the ground, every animal in the vicinity was a sitting duck. We became desperate to replace what we had been using to store dog food (a can with a lid closed in a closet), and when a rescue I foster for walked into my house with a new foster and one of these containers of food, I knew immediately I needed one. Or two. Okay, fine, I ordered three.I love how heavy-duty and roomy they are. (For big dogs and to hold big bags of food, I recommend ordering the XL.) I don't stack my containers and would probably save my back a lot of trouble if I somehow lifted them off the floor (they're short and require bending otherwise). But that is certainly not a deal breaker for me. These have kept animals and their food safe in my home. (And if you keep dog food outside, know that these things screw tightly shut so they won't attract mice and other pests.)Definitely gets this animal lover's stamp of approval!

Good storage.
I got these for homebrew grains. They work great. Just enough room to pull out with a scooper however when you put 55lb sack inside the grain fills up to the door so you have to tilt on its back or grain fall out when door is opened. No big deal. I liked the idea of stacking but this doesn’t work. When you have 50lbs in each bin, the sidewalls are not strong enough to support the bin stacked on top. It holds but the bottom starts to sink in over time and your bins lean. Add a third bin on top and it’s the leaning tower of Pisa and the lids bind as the plastic walls push in so you can’t open the lid. I went and bought a shelving unit to stack and now they work as expected, but not stacked on each other. So plan for another expense if are thinking of stacking. Otherwise as stand alone, fantastic containers

Works well
Got it today, seems sturdy, not as thick as I thought however any thicker and I don't think I'd be able to pick it up loaded.storing about70# of small kibble dog food. My dog doesn't like it so far but I'm sure she will get used to it. She used to flip the lid open on the other container.I got it so that I could store her snacks on top instead of on a shelf however due to holding so much dog food I can't open it without the dog food falling out with it in the first pic position.Good price, holds a lot (small kibble), no assembly required.

Easy to open and close
Excellent storage bins! Actually bought a second one for the puppy. Easy to open and close and seals tight. You can also stack them. Highly recommend.
