love these just like getting a banana bag at the er . But its a drink instead of an iv . Be careful though only use 1 time a week or less . because they do have lots of vitamins in them . only for severe dehydration ! dissolves easy ! works fast ! great size ! great taste !

Amazing hangover prevention if you have one before going to bed. I would describe the taste as salty margarita mix but now that is the taste of hydration to me.

I have Dysautonomia and a very difficult time keeping up with my electrolytes and hydration. These work so well that I want to cry. I will warn you, they don’t taste good. To me, I don’t care how they taste as long as they work. These are the only things that help me keep up with my hydration. I highly recommend if you are having a hard time with hydration.
