Day one: If you are regular, it will take approximately 19 hours to work. The first trip to the bathroom (your waste may be semi-solid) will be followed by a second trip approximately one hour later (liquid waste). So, timing is everything. Day two: It will take approximately 7 hours to work with the second dose. Your first trip to the bathroom will again be followed by a second trip about one hour later. If you have a month to lose weight (and a day job), this will work fine. Expect to lose at least 15 pounds in a month. One of the effects is that this tea naturally curbs your appetite. It can make you "forget to eat", because you feel satisfied (not full), as if you just ate a light meal. It is a really good feeling. Taste: This is the least important thing to me, because I consider this tea a medicine. However, it tastes fine - like a green tea. It is not strong like a black, early gray, nor bergamot. For best results: Use one tea bag and about 10-12 ounces of water. Heat in the microwave for two minutes to get the water very hot. Let it steep (leave the tea bag in the water) for at least 15 minutes, before drinking.

This tea always takes care of constipation. Make sure you're at home the next day after drinking this the night before. You're going to want to stay near a bathroom.

I love this tea. I always combine it with the Detox tea by the same company. I sometimes also throw in Celestial Seasonings Peppermint tea, just because I love peppermint tea. I typically allow it to steep at least 15 minutes, and the next morning, I'm off to the bathroom. And I'm usually off to the bathroom a few times throughout the morning into the afternoon, depending on what I've eaten. I never take it longer than the recommended 5 days at once. I usually go 3-4 days and then take a few days off, then back on depending on what I've eaten...if I've scarfed down something terrible, then YES, I drink it. If you are feeling bloated after a holiday binge, or summer binge, or weekend binge, or dangit I've had enough binge, then drink this tea and release all of your..."bloating."

It works…eventually in 2 days. Just not fast enough!
