I work from home and have always used Panasonic Phone systems. I have always been disappointed with their quality. I use hands free and the sound was subpar. I tried to pair a headset it said it was compadible with and it would never pair. So frustrating to say the least. I didn't want to spend the money on a new system but I had no choice. I am so glad I spent the money!!!! It was so easy to set up and my customers can finally hear me. The hands free head set is amazing! I prefer the over the head option for the headset, it is so comfortable and adjustable. It does give you the option of the earhook which I might try out. They give you a total of 4 replacements just in case it breaks. Overall, I can't find anything negative to say about this system. Life in the office just got easier!

I love this phone! Sounds great. Easy to use. Bought more phones and they connect easy. I love the Bluetooth feature. I use it with my cell. When my cell rings and I'm away from it the phone rings differently so I know it's a cell call and you answer on the home phone. That is really cool!!! It has a cell button Seperate from home phone button to answer. And the headset is awesome to talk and do housework at the same time. Love it. Highly recommend! I don't understand why people say the directions are hard to understand they can't be any more easier. I had this phone working in minutes with the directions so I have no idea what people are reading or maybe they don't understand how to read directions. This phone is awesome. And if you want your cell to work with the phone you have to leave your Bluetooth on on your cell phone. If you don't have your Bluetooth turned on on your cell phone then you're not going to receive calls. This phone does not deserve anything less than 5 stars and reading some of the other comments I don't get it at all why anybody would give it less than 5. It's simple to hook up instructions can not be any more easier!!!!

Seems to work well so far and the best option is that you can also link your cell phone to this phone set. Nice to not have to deal with carrying around both phones or of your cell phone is charging. The head set answers both phones also and frees up your hands. I have had VTech's before and they last and work a long time. You can also download your phone book from your cell phone to your VTech which will automatically transfer it to the other handset. Great value for what you get. Instructions are easy to understand and its a quick easy setup and comes with everything you need.

Poor Sound quality is not acceptable for a business phone system. Really not good quality. When I am using the phone, everyone complains of an echo, I plugged in a 10 buck cheapo phone and everyone thinks its much better. Let me go into more specifics. When using the handset, you get an echo. I can even hear the echo. If you tap the phone around, even slightly, its like an echo cannon on other people. Horrible, Did anyone test this? The hands free earpiece. This gives acceptable quality, BUT again if you make any noise near one of the bases it picks that up and adds it into the mix. How can this be okay? For a phone that claims to be noise cancelling, this is the opposite! It echo amplifies everything. Total waste of money. Purchased under a month ago, and I dont see a way to return it either so I guess I get to fight with the manufacturer. IF YOU VAULE VOICE QUALITY FOR YOUR CLIENTS, DO NOT GET THIS! Other issues. The recorded messages have to be played at the base station, on speaker. This is not good when you have people leaving confidential messages. The fit of the handset on the base, is far from perfect. It has a gap. Not that this is important in itself, but its not as pictured.

Microphone on the headset stopped working in 8 months. Company replaced it and no charge…not even shipping

There are good and bad points with this purchase. First, I was pleasantly surprised to see that a head band was included with Bluetooth headset even though it was not advertised. That is so much nicer than just hanging the headset on the ear. I also liked that the headset works on its own, so that the two handset phone system actually has the ability for three users to use it at the same time. Very cool. It was also nice that there were extra parts for the headset ear piece, including a padded sleeve for the ear loop. The headset allows the mic to be pushed away from the cheek, as well. Once one gets familiar with the somewhat tiny and hard-to-feel button, it does pickup and hangup the phone call easily. There is nothing special about the handsets. They have very common controls with decent backlighting on both the display and the buttons. I will mention that the displays are a little on small side. As most of these types of boom mics go, this one was short and would not extend. I can only assume it picks up a whisper properly. The Amazon pricing was good for this unit, and for other systems of this type. When I had spoken to the tech support person about this unit before buying, I was told that the range could reach as much as 50 meters indoors and 300 meters outdoors in best conditions, which I considered very good. I think I would be happy with half that. If the base unit is near the window, I should be able to wander all around my yard and use the phone without a problem. YMMV. There was a legal issue that popped up. When the package was opened, the flap states that there is a bonus and an extended warranty of 3 months if registering on their web site or using the QR code. But the listed page does not exist, and when I called in I was told that the warranty is no longer offered. I had to explain to a supervisor that such a position was illegal in my country since they were clearly advertising it. They tried to get out of it because of policy change, but then I asked if they had taken all the old packaging off the shelves when they changed the policy. I was required to take a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the base (even though I had already been asked to read it off to the supervisor; which seems odd since I am not the one who had the problem of sticking to their word), a picture of the box flap and a copy of the invoice, and send them all to the provided email address. I can only assume that they will honor the one year plus three months warranty after all that. Update: It turns out that this phone, and indeed all phones from Vtech, cannot keep their time correctly once the user sets it. There is an override "feature" entitled Caller ID Time Sync. This causes the phone to change time whenever a call comes in if you have Caller ID (and who wouldn't want caller ID). Talk about a thoughtless and boneheaded idea! What was wrong with a simple setting of time as has been done in all devices for literally decades? All one needs is a phone that knows the DST option table and the ability to turn that one if applicable. This is something we have had for almost as long as there has been digital devices. One now wonders what else is going on in the background on these digital devices from foreign countries.

I cant believe this is as low cost as it is for everything it does. I did not know what to expect but wow. I don't even ever have time to write reviews but this item made me question why everyone doesn't have one. Links to your cell phone, has a Bluetooth headset with a head band, everything is rechargeable, awesome docking station, no need to carry my phone all over the house anymore, got 2 stationary phones that ring and are portable makes life super easy and even has its own answering machine and more features than I imagined. Vtech is an awesome company they always have been I wish I invested in them way back when they started cause I was already researching their company way back when thinking they made the best products.

i bought it, and not mentioned if 120 or 240.. it was burned because it was connected to 120

last 2 decades I use UTech only due to good design and durability. This time the product come with defect not charging.

Muy buen producto, funciona bastante bien, las manos libres muy practico y se escucha muy bien, funciona mejor con la deadema.
