This is an exceptional product for me. I eat healthy, exercize and cannot do enough to keep my stomach and back from bothering me. After using this product for about a year, I found that it helped with digestion, energy and it supports some of the major organs in the digestive track which can sometimes cause back pain. I thought I had a gluten issue because of the side effects I had when eating any bread. Again after being on this, I can actually eat pizza again. It is not a cure all, but it seems essential given todays foods and it helps regulate your body if you consume any alcohol as well. If I could give this 6 stars I would.

I'm a repeat customer and buy these for my 89 YO motherinlaw who has had hypoglycemia most of her adult life. Her chiropractor introduced her to them but sold his practice and the new folks don't stock it. She had gone a few years without them but luckily my wife noticed them on Amazon. Mom says Glyco-Plex has very noticeable effects, it increases her energy, and decreases the down swings in her hypoglycemia,especially when shes not able to eat on a schedule. I this give 5 stars because the service level, and price are right, and it makes mom feel better.
