Very happy with my purchase. My wife wanted it for me as I have chronic back pain, albeit, this is more for my upper spine/neck. It has actually turned out to have multiple uses in different positions that without it would usually cause increased pain. However, that has been arrested due to the support and cushioning of this beaded little pillow. Therefore, I use it a lot as it does the job and then some...very happy customer!!! Highly recommend for the said reasons, and it seems to be of very good quality too...

Was disappointed to find that the cover is not removable, so I have covered it with a washable handyband, which works quite well. I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn’t been for this important defect.

this is the only pillow that can support my neck and shoulder problem. The fabric naturally stretches over time but if you put another stretchy fabric or smaller pillow case, then it will last longer. Be careful with the stitch as some microbeads may escape from the stitched area. I re- enforced the stitched to stop it.Other than those minor points which can be mitigated easily, it's a great pillow for your back, shoulder and neck issues.

Not sure what use a pillow is if you can't sleep with it. Care label also describes the contents as if they are toxic. Suggests it's not safe to use if for its intended purpose. Seems wrong to advertise it as a travel pillow.

No support at all. As soon as you put your head on it, it just goes flat, like a water balloon.Not sure what to use it for to be honest. It's a small bean bag, with hardly any beans.
