Very happy with the product. The quality of recording is very good. The box was delivered as described. Very easy to install. I recomamnd.

Set up is not too bad, just make sure you have all of your router info on hand. The instructions are poorly written. Many of the settings and features are not explained at all. I'm still trying to figure out how to get push notifications when the camera detects motion... unit stopped working in less than 1 year

The four star is because the cameras are maybe 720, no way 2 mp. They do have a good wide angle. The phone app xmeye is a very unstable app. I recommend either Honeywell Black (calnvrview) or Explorer CCTV (explorercctv). I use explorer cctv app. They both are faster and more stable. With calnvrview, with a droid you can open a camera and pinch to zoom in the view. You can do the same on the remote play back.Update: 06.03.2018 I changed my rating from 4 star to 2 stars.Here's what is transpiring. T Mobile wireless will not work for remote viewing. No matter what you home isp is. NOW AT&T 4g lte wireless will not work. Once networked. The phone "sees" the dvr, but when you open the cameras. The prompt pops up. Device off line. Both blame the dvr. The dvr blames the wireless companies.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I bought two, one for me and one for my parents had MAJOR issues with both. First, one of the cameras did not work. Second, one of the cables did not work. Third, one of the DVRs did not work. Forth, for the one that did, it would not connect to the internet. Fifth, 1 of the cables broke during instillation, AND 2 of the connectors came apart when trying to plug in. The fabled "Customer service" DOES NOT EXIST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BELIVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEW - MOST LIKELY WRITTEN BY THE SELLER!

Cameras(4)all work great. 2 mp gives clear image on short and long range. Dvr box feels light weight, but works right from first power up
