Great products!
If you own a Rhino Rack Batwing, you'll need these, even if you haven't snapped one off yet lol. They snap easily (a good thing) and super easy to replace.

I was so excited when we found these replacement pieces through Amazon. Shipping was cheaper! We needed 3 people to help replace these parts on our Batwing but it is now fixed and has been used all summer.

Great design and failure mechanism
Great product and very easy to replace broken item. Failure mechanism works beautifully and we had no other damage to the awning. Replaced the broken one and all good as new in about 5 minutes.

These are great replacement parts
Unfortunately these break all the time due to the design on the batwing. Which is ridiculously frustrating. However these are fairly inexpensive so it's easy to have 4 or 5 on hand in your camper for when they inevitably break.

Considering I have been quoted £40 elsewhere (when in stock) this kit is a real bargain and genuine supply too. Usual great service from Amazon.

I broke two of these parts while showing off my new camper to some friends on a windy day... At first I couldn't find the parts on Amazon Canada until I searched Rhino's part number. I was super glad I found a Canadian supplier, and the shipping ended up being free (I don't have Amazon prime). I bought two sets, so I have a two-pack as spares. They arrived in three business days. Installation was really easy, Rhino has a good installation YouTube video. The end of my poles that these insert into are a little bent but everything still works fine. Shout out to Rhino and One Way Access for charging a reasonable price for these when they could have charged anything they wanted to. I love my batwing awning on my little camper.
