Great purchase, no regrets as of yet
Day 1 of owning it but so far it's great! Properly packaged, had USB wifi extender, power cord, cd drive, very quiet, plays roblox and minecraft, and has copilot AI with windows 11 (still learning about this OS not sure if i like it yet). It's absolutely perfect for us. Fast, and downloads apps quickly. Great buy for our buck!

Good product for the money.
Good price for a refurbished Windows 11 computer. Windows 10 computer was starting to rune slower as Microsoft stopped updating so you are forced to buy another computer. I do not like the fact that there are no CD Roms on these new computers and apps have to be downloaded from the internet.

TEST THOROUGHLY
I received this desktop three days ago. I will be returning it right after I finish writing this. Pros: 1) The machine came in a timely manner. 2) It was very clean both inside and out and well packaged for protection. 3) All the ports worked upon testing. Cons: 1) It began throwing errors right after setup. Artificial Intelligence says this computer has a severe hardware conflict between the CPU the refurbishing company used and the Windows 11 OS. The machine kept crashing to a black screen. Additional Notes: This is the second renewed machine I purchased from this company. The first died in 18 months and this one was to replace it. Given my experiences with this company's products, I will not be purchasing from them in the future.

Great living room PC for watching movies and sports
I bought this Dell Optiplex 3050 SFF Desktop Computer to use as a living room PC. I mainly use it to watch movies and sports, which works great. The video card could be better, but it's good enough for my needs. The computer is speedy and responsive. I can open multiple applications and stream video simultaneously without any lag. The SSD also makes a big difference in boot times and loading applications. The computer is also very quiet. I can only hear it when I have to restart it because of the Windows updates. Overall, I am pleased with this computer. It's an excellent value for the price, and it's perfect for my needs as a living room PC. Pros: Fast and responsive Quiet operation Small form factor 4K support Affordable price Cons: The video card could be better. Recommendation: I recommend this computer to anyone looking for a great value living room PC. It's perfect for watching movies, sports, and other multimedia content.

WIndows 11 sucks
The product itself worked good until I tried getting You Tube. They wanted to charge a fee just to download an app. Window's 11 sucks! After reading some reviews about the OS I can see why nobody wants it
