I bought a Dyson Outsize Origin and needed a stand for it as I live in an apartment. This particular Dyson is heavier than most, so a lot of stands are not compatible. I was so happy and relieved to find this one. A little assembly required, but it wasn’t difficult. I do recommend that you put it together on carpet or on a blanket or towel if you have hard floors. The parts are heavy, which is a good thing if you have a heavy Dyson. Once put together, the stand is easy to maneuver to place where you need and is unassuming in size and aesthetic so it goes anywhere visually. My Dyson feels very secure on it and I don’t have to worry about it falling. It also has a lot of appendages for Dyson accessories, so all parts can be kept together. Easy, secure, and efficient. This stand is great!

Was easy to build and looks to be holding up so far after a few weeks. Will update my review if it gets easily scratched.

I ordered the white version of the stand with 6 hooks for my new Dyson Gen5Outsize stick vacuum. The product arrived packaged well. The package comes with all the screws you need (except for the Gen5 as I explain below) as well as a screwdriver, allen wrench and protective pads for the base and a nice little pouch. The stand wasn't too difficult to assemble except for the base. You may need to have another person hold the base and post that it gets screwed into while you install the 2 screws. I was able to do it myself but it was tricky. The rest of the install wasn't too bad and involved screwing the 2 posts together with 8 screws. I think that part could have been better designed as the 8 screws don't look very good. Depending on how you install the posts, you have the option of keeping all the hooks to one side or you can have the top hooks facing one way and the other hooks facing the other and visa-versa. The final part was installing the Dyson Wall Dok base. Unfortunately, the M5-14mm screws you get are not long enough to attach the base plate of the Dyson Gen5 Wall Dok to the post. TO BE FAIR, XIGOO DOES NOT STATE THAT THE STAND IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE NEW GEN5, so I was taking a chance. I emailed XIGOO about this and I am waiting for a response. In the meantime, I decided to go to my local Lowe's hardware store and purchase M5- .80 x 20mm Metric Flat Phillips Machine screws. Those screws worked perfectly. Just be aware of that if you plan on using this stand with a Dyson Gen5Outsize vacuum. Pro tip: Make sure when you slide on the Wall Dok to the base that it clicks and locks into place. Otherwise, the Dok will come off the base when you lift the vacuum off of the Dok. The stand IS heavy enough that when you lift the vacuum off the Dok the stand doesn't lift up with it which is good (I read reviews from others about stands that weren't heavy enough.) As others have mentioned, there is no cable management that comes with this stand so you will have a cord hanging down from the Dok. I plan on getting some velcro to secure the charging cable to the post, but I feel some sort of cable management should have come with the stand. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

Good design. Lots of functions for house cleaning.

This just arrived and it was easy to assemble and doesn't look too cheap. The only problem is that I have too many attachments to use the stand, but I'll figure that part out.
