I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding a product I purchased on 5th January 2025—a blender—which stopped working after being used only four times, starting from the first week of July 2025. Following this issue, I contacted customer care and lodged a complaint under warranty. After two days, the local warranty service provider contacted me and asked for a photo of the warranty card, machine with the serial number, and purchase invoice. Without even inspecting the machine physically, he assumed it was a motor issue and claimed to have ordered the required part. He assured me that once the part arrived, he would come to my home to complete the repair. However, after a week, he instead came and collected the entire machine, promising same-day repair and return. Since then, the blender has not been returned. I was later informed that the replacement part did not match the model. This raises serious concerns—why were the serial number and model details collected if they were not properly used to ensure compatibility? I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency, poor communication, and delayed service. The overall experience has left me frustrated and questioning the reliability of your product and after-sales support. I request that this issue be addressed immediately, and my blender be either repaired and returned without further delay or replaced if the necessary parts are unavailable. Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
