How long is the brew time?

I have never timed it but I would say around 15 minutes this pot makes the best coffee I have had in A long time I have always went with the cheaper pots this pot makes the best coffee I have ever had from this kind of pot believe me it is worth the extra bucks.

Can you turn the beep off?

There is no option in the owner's manual to disable the freshness alert ready tone that indicates when the coffee has completed the brewing cycle.

How long does it stay warm?

Automatically shuts itself off after two hours

Does the shower like water dispender cover the entire filter basket? From the photos it seems like it's smaller than the filter opening.

The spreader dispenses water down into the filter basket but the dispensing holes are not the whole circumference of the filter basket. You may view the spreader in the video that is provided in the images section.
