Effectively identical to the tilt rod on my current outboard motor.
This outboard motor tilt rod arrived in simple, non-branded packaging. The dimensions are true to the advertised specifications. The rod itself looks like decent quality stainless steel. The pivot pin appears to be solid and rotates as expected to keep the pin securely in place on the outboard mounting bracket. The tensioning spring is as expected.There isn’t anything substandard about this tilt rod and it’s suitable as a spare or replacement to the original item.

Outboard motor Stainless tilt lock rod
I requested this being pretty sure it would fit my Yamaha 15hp 2 stroke outboard, it arrived and I am happy to say that it fits perfectly, looks to be of good quality and made of stainless so I am happy to use this.
