LOVE these vitamins, btw I'm 33 I see a difference in the skin tone. My hair is growing nicely. Overall good product, wish it had iron in it.

I have bee using this product for a number of years, loved it. Until now that they changed the content, I used it for a month had pms like symptoms for at keast 2 weeks. I cancelled my subscription and will not use this again.

I have been taking Mytriiton for months now. The product claims to contain 1000iu of Vitamin D3 which is 250% of the recommended daily allowance for Vitamin D. I received independent results from blood work I had done for a routine physical and it revealed that I am still deficient in Vitamin D. I am calling out Mytrition on its dishonesty, not taking the product any more and not recommending this product to anyone else.
