Very good quality powdered Vitamin C. High potency. Small quantity yields HIGH mg's. Dissolves quickly. Does have a tolerable aftertaste. I find it best mixed with a bit or orange juice or just plain water. 1/4 tsp = 1000 mg!!!!!!!

This powdered Vitamin C dissolves quickly and is great for removing chlorine from aquarium water. Ever since I replaced commercial dechlorinator with powdered Vitamin C my Daphnia colonies have thrived which means lots of tasty live food for my fish. A pinch treats a gallon.

It’s not the easiest to use (a capsule would be easier) but I believe in its benefits. I used to mix it with water at first and it was just too tart and salty to be pleasant for use but when you mix with a tiny shot of juice it tastes great ( we don’t regularly “drink” juice due to the high natural sugar content, but it’s literally about two tablespoons worth). The smaller container will last us forever as you only use a tiny bit at a time. I’m glad I didn’t go for the large size! Haha
