An Effective Club Hammer
Used this for knocking tent pegs into very dry hard ground. Hardly a test of robustness, nevertheless it does the job and is comfortable to use.

Piton hammer for chalk cliffs.
Ideal for my needs as a piton/warthog hammer. Balance is ok and based on experience with similar it will be fine and sturdy enough. It's a club hammer. I drilled a hole through the end of the handle and threaded with 6mm prusik cord to clip onto harness.I am pleased with this club hammer. It's a club hammer no more no less.
