During the winter months this is a great way to increase your vitamin D intake. The lemon flavoured tablets are quick and easy to take and are actually quite refreshing. The large pack of tubes also cost less than buying individual ones.

Husbands energy shot right up
Hubby needs vitamin d tabs for his condition as he cant store it. Before these he would fall asleep all the time literally all the time it could get quite scary. Started with these within a week he wasnt falling asleep without warning and within about 3 weeks he didn't need naps anymore. Couldn't reccomend them enough

These gave me bad migraines
These gave me really bad migraines. I had to stop using after the second use because it was awful, I felt spaced out and dizzy. I love their other products but this one wasn’t for me
