I didn't expect much but evidently even those expectations were too high. Very cheaply made. Two showed up with broken off tops, one was repairable, the other not. One was missing the battery door. Got 3 out of 4 working, too expensive for the quality. $5 for 3 might be a more value price. These cast no light to speak of, purely for mood setting which is fine.Update 11/9/16:The company reached out to me and offered to replace the product, they were very easy to deal with and I'd say their customer service is spot on. They still need to work on their manufacturing quality though as the package they sent me had a couple of the flame tops snapped off. Unlike the first package though these were fully repairable with a quick touch of glue. I have moved the rating from 2/5 to 4/5 for their customer service and attention to detail. If they could figure out a better way to pack for shipping or preferably a sturdier manufacturing quality or both they'd get 5/5 and I would consider the price to be a good value. As it is now I still consider these overpriced for the quality but I would buy products from these people again as they are honest in their dealings.

These lasted about a year of being outside in a northern climate full time. All items worked upon arrival and the colors were vibrant. I put them up around the beginning of last summer and they lasted fine even through the winter. One of the 6 stopped working this spring, and while the lights on the other 5 work, the colors have faded and the fabric has torn on 3 of them. If they're used inside or in a protected area they'll probably last longer. It was a decent value for how long they were a good decoration.

The lanterns are exactly as described. They are for use outdoors at camp. Their construction is all weather safe materials. In the past, others I have purchased used materials that didn't hold up to rain. These are sturdy, come with a brace to insert for rgiidity, hangers and an on/off switch.

I hung five of my lanterns from a pergola and the other over a table on a lattice shaded patio. Even though the lanterns aren’t in direct sun they all light up beautifully when the sun disappears over the horizon. Photo was taken early on a hazy morning so it doesn’t show the true beauty of the light.

These are SO cute! I am hanging them in the pecan tree in my backyard. The solar panel is a good size, it pulls in enough energy without being cumbersome or an eye sore. The lights themselves are beautiful and enchanting, they fit into my bohemian backyard absolutely perfect. These come with a ground stake that the panel will attach to as well. I will definitely be ordering more!

Only got these a few days ago, looks like a great value , they are working fine last all night and are brighter than the others I have bought

We've been buying solar lanterns for years. Ikea used to be a good source.By our experience, these are the best made, most colorful, most reliable lanterns we have ever owned.One got destroyed by high wind, so I just ordered another 6 pack, happily.
