This is a good vitamin

Very strong dosage -- too strong for me (too much vitamin B makes me break out with teenage acne (I'm 72). I take these only 2 or 3 times a week and I break the pills in half. This arrived by subscription way too early; returns are not allowed, so I had to cancel future subscriptions.

I don't take it everyday. I only do it about once a week. I noticed when you take it the first time you will have really yellow pee. That is totally normal. Then once you take it a few times the yellow pee won't last as long after you take it. I think that is because your body is more ready to handle it and is used to it so it absorbs more of it. Either way you cannot go wrong here. So many benefits from these vitamins. I feel more alert since I have started taking this once a week. I don't care what it smells like but if you do then it just smells like a vitamin. I didn't notice any sluggish feeling after taking it like I have felt with other vitamins. From what I can tell it settles well in my stomach and does it's thing without much shock to your system or having any issues like that. I was worried a bit at first because it is big but after taking it I am convinced it is helping me. I wish I would have done this a long time ago.
