Great set up! It isn't hard setting them up like the other reviews said. I had one bad wire (didn't know it at the time) and I called the customer service number who picked up immediately and helped trouble shoot the issue and then offered to get me a replacement part. Very helpful. Great product. Don't buy any other brand. Enough said.

Great product that is very easy to install. The cameras are very, very clear in both the indoor and outdoor settings. The night vision for both types of cameras is also outstanding. A camera mounted on the front of my garage has enough sensitivity to pick up vehicles traveling down our cul de sac. The iPhone app that the instructions tell you to install is also nice to have to be able to view the camera feeds remotely. I chose to use an Ethernet cable to connect the system to my home internet.

At first it worked great. A little difficult to set up and mobile app sometimes works and most of the time it doesn't. Two camera's have gone bad in just over 1 year! First camera lost all color but red. The indoor dome started having distance issues then slowly got worse then stopped working.I thought I was recording daily but when I went to retrieve activity there was no recordings at all.Replacement Samsung indoor domes are expensive and for what the cost is new plus replacing the other camera I can almost pay for a new system.The mobile app just sucks!!! I expected a lot better quality camera's, system, and mobile app! Would not buy again.

Two of four cameras are not working after 18 months. I have 8 cameras but have only installed 4 of them so far. One night vision camera n longer works in the night. The other camera cuts in and out periodically. It will go black and an alarm starts beeping on my computer telling me the camera is not working. I am afraid all of the cameras are going to quit on me! This is an image of the "night vision" camera that used to work fairly well.

I SPEND over $400 dollars for this security system....very bad for me...the picture quality on the night vision is terrible and the wisewiew app is soo low quality...I will never imagined that Samsung put their name like that...no good

Great system. Very clear picture. App for remote viewing works well. Short memory for recording 24/7, about 1 week

Image quality is great and for what you get its a deal. Their instructions for setting up things leaves a lot to be desired.
