SO cute and my cat absolutely loves it.
I have a little semi-feral cat who lives on my porch. I was worried about her getting cold so I got her this and a little heating pad to go inside. She basically has not moved since I put it out there. She loves it so much. It is so cute to get to see her through the window just chilling. On it's own, it's not super warm. the waslls are pretty thin and the windows are drafty, but I duct-taped the styrofoam that the shelter was packed in to the inside walls, to insulate the inside of the shelter and added a heating pad, so now it's pretty cozy. It's not super pretty on the insice, but my cat has not complained. This cat house is very big for one little cat, but I think when it gets colder she'll appreciate having a bit of room to roam about. It's very sturdy and I'm pretty impressed with the value for the money.

Great cat house
This house was very easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy. Has a lovely fir smell too. All the doors are nice. The one with the plastic flaps—they are a little stiff and hard to push around, so could be a bit more flexible. We have it under a porch roof so no issues with weather, but it definitely has some gaps at doors, etc, so not air tight. All in all, I really like it and think my cats will too!

Your community cats will love it.
Easy assembly, plenty of screws and such. Looks nice in my garden. Nice shelter, when the weather's not.

2 year review
I have had this for over 2 years. It is on a covered carport for my 5 cats. I do have it on a metal coffee table to keep it off the ground. I think if the bottom got wet it would have water damage. I also have a pet bed on top where the spend alot of time. I cat heat pads in winter in top 2 levels. I did have to replace the shelfs with a solid piece of ceder. I would say the 3 little strip design doesn't hold up but it was an easy fix.

I want another.
I’ll keep this short. For the price, I’m impressed. This unit exists outside and has withstood this tornadic spring just fine. I’m planning on grabbing a second for inside the house. 1. It’s bigger than I expected. I liked that. 2. Built well enough and no parts came in damaged. 3. Easy enough to assemble. Difficult to move around solo due to size and weight. 4. Cats love it!

Too Small, Too Expensive, Not Suitable For Outdoors
I think my review title says it all. When the product page said "cats under 10 lbs" (or something along those lines) I should really have taken that to heart. This is NOT a cat house for actual cats; kittens yes, starving ferals yes, but not actual cats. This "house" is ludicrously small; a Barbie house, not a usable house. Second, it's WAY over-priced. In the hand, it's not worth more than $99. At $319 it's grand larceny. I feel the total fool for having buying this. It's cheaply built, it's way too light, and it was missing hardware. Third, there's is no way this lasts over one winter in any sort of reasonable shape. The "paint" is too thin, the materials are too cheap. PAY ATTENTION TO THE 1- and 2-STAR REVIEWS; they are far more accurate in their description than the 4- or 5-star ones. I fell for it, don't you fall for it. Will be returning it if the return costs aren't too high. Utter, utter garbage. 1 star.

Thin boards
This is a thin cat house but it looks good and the cats like it. It needs a wider “cat walk” and better overhang. The “cat walk” also needs to be a little lower from the entrance. Rain gets into it from splashing on the cat walk. Also the doors and windows fit as well as can be expected but the latches are complete junk. They are almost too small for it and are hard to get to latch. If you leave the shut, it is fine though and the box works as well as it can for the material used. It is functional and since I can’t build one myself, it is a good value as far as the cats using it. I recommend putting it on a patio that has a roof though or pit it on blocks and put a roof on it to keep the rain out.

Perfect!
I am very pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. I will be placing the self warming mats inside. I have used them for years and the cats gravitate to them. We are moving into our new house and I wanted to make sure the cats had a cozy spot since they are used to a screened in porch. I hope this will make them feel secure and warm. It doesn’t get too cold in N.C but I feel any outside kitty needs protection.
