Love this collection of B, B, King greatest hits!!!

This is probably one of the best sounding overall. Some of the older jams come through quiet harsh on several other BB best of's I have. I got this one for the solid recording of "into the night". But this is a really good set to boot if you want a good range of BB material.

Ah, yes....BB King. It's so wonderful to listen to him on a rainy night with a martini in your hand.

I absolutely loved this 2 cd set. I especially like the 2nd disc, altho I have played both in the car almost incessantly. Its amazing how tolerable Los Angeles traffic becomes when you are listening to BB's mellow sounds.

If your looking for an introduction to the great man, this is the one to get. Over two and a half hours of superbly re-mastered live and studio recordings!

He will be sorrily missed but it is works like this that will help his memory endure. He is so much better live, but not to have a compilation of his to remember him by is a disservice to blues but especially to this remarkable talent. He put his entire being into playing Lucille and his heart will live on through sets like this.

I have to enjoy most of this cd. Some will have to grow on me. Its good.
