Horrible and they do not work... I took these for 4 months and didn't loose not 1 pound. I was eating less than 1200 calories they make you bloat

did not make a difference to my fat burning.

These don’t do a thing. I only tried them because the price was so low, but they are worthless. I should have returned them, but it’s too late now. I just trashed the remaining bottles

You will lose weight with these pills. It will not be as quick as you’d like. But you will lose. I’ve found that if you follow the keto lifestyle they work better. And you’ll get better results. Intermittent fasting helps a lot too but you don’t have to do that to see results. Just stick with them and don’t give up. I take one pill 30 minutes before breakfast with 8oz glass of water and one pill 30 minutes before lunch with 8 oz glass of water.

I tried three bottles and it made no difference for weight loss on my body.
